In the heart of a desolate, storm-scarred farm, a childless couple discovers a feral boy caged in a weathered wooden chest, his eyes holding secrets too dark for daylight. As they take him in, a malevolent presence begins to weave through their home, twisting every shadow into a whisper of dread. The boy’s inexplicable affliction—an unseen force that ripens with every passing hour—threatens to tear apart the fragile line between sanctuary and nightmare. Rooted in raw, claustrophobic tension, Hen is a slow-burning descent into primal fear, where the ground itself seems to breathe and the walls remember. A harrowing tale of compassion turned curse, it asks how far you’d go to save what might already be lost.

ScaryFan88 – 8/10
“I loved the oppressive atmosphere—that farm felt like its own character. The kid's performance was unnerving, and the slow burn really got under my skin. Not a jump-scare fest, but it lingers.”
GoreHound – 6/10
“For me, it dragged a bit in the middle, and I wish the unseen force had more visual payoff. But the sound design and the couple's descent into madness kept me watching. Solid indie horror.”
NightOwl – 9/10
“This one messed with my head. The dread builds so subtly, and that ending—wow, I didn't see it coming. It's a quiet, psychological horror that stays with you. Highly recommend for fans of The Babadook.”
CherryBomb – 6/10
“I appreciated the originality, but the pacing felt uneven, and some scenes were more confusing than scary. Still, the performances were strong, and the final act hit hard. Worth a watch if you're patient.”
