In Grotesque, a seemingly ordinary doctor abducts a young couple and drags them into a nightmare realm of sadistic games, stripping away every vestige of hope. What begins as a chilling test of endurance spirals into a harrowing descent into terror, as the couple’s physical and psychological limits are pushed to the brink. With each cruel twist, the boundaries between captor and victim blur, leaving only raw fear and desperation. Kôji Shiraishi crafts a suffocating atmosphere of dread, turning a simple kidnapping into a brutal exploration of human fragility. A visceral, unrelenting experience that will leave you breathless and disturbed.
