In the claustrophobic confines of a steel elevator, a group of thrill-seeking teens dares to summon a malevolent force by playing the titular game—a viral ritual with rules that promise passage to another dimension. But as the car ascends, reality frays, and the players find themselves trapped in a nightmarish loop where every floor hides a new terror. Director Rebekah McKendry crafts a nerve-shredding descent into madness, where the line between the game’s rules and the players’ sanity blurs, and escape becomes a deadly gamble with the unknown.
