In the eerie, rain-soaked town of Blackwood Falls, a young environmental engineer arrives to investigate a strange blight killing off the local livestock—but what he uncovers is far more sinister than any disease. As the dying animals whisper of ancient rituals and the woods echo with unnatural chants, he stumbles upon a cult that will stop at nothing to awaken a demonic entity known only as The Black Goat. The air thickens with malevolent secrets, and every shadow seems to breathe. To leave Blackwood Falls alive, he must confront the darkness that has festered beneath the town’s surface for generations—and the terrifying truth that some prayers should never be answered.
