Deep in the ancient woods, a weekend escape spirals into a waking nightmare when a group of friends stumbles upon a decaying ritual site. As the trees whisper and shadows shift, the line between sanity and superstition dissolves, pulling them into a harrowing dance with a primeval force. Director Marco De Luca crafts a suffocating atmosphere of dread, blending psychological unease with visceral folk horror in a slow-burn descent into madness. Every rustle of leaves, every flicker of firelight, threatens to unmask the darkest secrets buried beneath the roots. The forest doesn’t just surround them—it consumes them, piece by fragile piece.
