In this unsettling French-Belgian shocker, a seemingly innocent white bull terrier named Baxter narrates his own descent into madness. Passed from owner to owner, he feigns docility to manipulate his way into new homes, but beneath his placid exterior lurks a calculating predator. As Baxter’s human victims grow increasingly vulnerable, the film probes the chilling boundaries between pet and parasite, instinct and intelligence, creating a slow-burn dread that lingers long after the final frame.

User Reviews
ScaryFan88 – 8/10
“I wasn't expecting a dog to be this unsettling. Baxter's narration gives him a cold, calculating intelligence that makes your skin crawl. The slow build to violence is masterful and the ending left me uneasy for days.”
GoreHound – 5/10
“The concept is original and the dog's perspective is unique, but the pacing felt slow for my taste. Some scenes hit hard, but others dragged. I appreciate the creep factor, but it didn't fully deliver on the horror for me.”
HorrorVixen – 7/10
“Baxter is a quiet, psychological horror that relies on atmosphere rather than jump scares. The dog's calm, matter-of-fact narration is deeply disturbing. It's a slow burn, but if you're patient, it's worth the ride.”
PetrifiedPat – 6/10
“I liked the dark satire and the way it twists the man's best friend trope. The acting is decent, and the dog's performance is surprisingly convincing. It's not a classic but it's a unique entry in animal horror that I can't stop thinking about.”
