In a small town in Australia, a family was haunted by a mysterious presence that seemed to follow them no matter where they moved. Sarah, her mother, and her brother had all experienced strange and terrifying events. It all started when Sarah was 18. One night, as she lay in bed, she suddenly couldn’t move, breathe, or call for help. When she told her mother, she learned that her mother had experienced similar episodes of being held down and unable to move or speak. Her mother had even seen a figure at the end of her bed, and her brother had heard a voice saying, “I’m back.” These episodes always happened when they were extremely tired, leaving them paralyzed and awake.

One night, Sarah experienced the phenomenon six times in a row. After the sixth time, she felt a presence next to her. She looked and saw a faint white light with black, tentacle-like shapes around it. The light moved over her head, then over her husband’s head, and stayed next to him. This was the first time she had seen something so clearly. She woke her husband, but he was too drowsy from a sleeping pill to get up. She used his phone’s light to see, but the light disappeared when she turned it on. When she turned it off, the light was still there. She stayed awake for hours, unable to take her eyes off it, her body cold and covered in goosebumps.

Sarah told her brother about the experience, and he revealed that he had seen the same thing a week before. Then, her mother saw it too. It was her first time in four years, but this time, the presence went further. It entered her body, and she saw the figure of an old woman with lizard-like eyes, greenish-blue in color. Her stepfather was about to get into bed when he heard a faint noise and thought she was choking. He grabbed her, and the presence left her body through her left side. While it was inside her, it let her know that it was back and had total control.

The family had their houses blessed multiple times, and the presence would leave, but it always came back. Sarah and her brother were scared, but their mother was just angry and frustrated with whatever it was that kept finding them.

They didn’t know what to do, but they hoped that one day, they would find a way to rid themselves of this haunting presence for good.
