For over a decade, we have called Willow House our home, and strange occurrences seem to be woven into its very walls. One evening, as I soaked in the tub, I noticed a fleeting figure in the hallway. My heart raced, but I shrugged it off, convincing myself it was just a trick of the light.

Night after night, the television would flicker on, changing channels as if someone were flipping through stations. Objects would shift from their places, leaving me puzzled. One afternoon, a friend visited and claimed she saw a young boy wandering through our living room. Curious, we asked her to describe him. She pointed to a portrait on the wall, revealing the very face of the boy who had lived here long ago, before an untimely end.

One day, while lounging in the cozy den, my hairbrush suddenly tumbled from the coffee table to the floor. I chose to leave it there, a silent witness to whatever was unfolding around me. The feeling of being observed weighed heavily on my shoulders, making me reluctant to spend time alone in that space.

While tidying up my bedroom, a shadowy form caught my eye. I turned quickly, but it vanished without a trace. Friends often expressed their unease about staying in our home, recounting stories of unexplainable phenomena. My three birds would chirp wildly at night, as if sensing something beyond our understanding.

The air in Willow House felt thick with untold stories, and despite the unease, I couldn’t help but feel a connection to its past. Each day brought new mysteries, urging me to uncover the truth hidden within its walls.
