I believe my house is haunted. Every night, when I’m the only one awake, I hear a faint scream coming from the kitchen. Then there’s a thud, followed by someone chanting a name I can’t quite make out. It’s a name that haunts my dreams almost every night. In the garage, there’s something sinister that seems to want me. My dad, who knows a lot about spiritual matters, says whatever is in the garage is afraid of him. But it wants me, and the ritual my dad taught me to use doesn’t seem to work. When I try it in the garage, the place “freaks out,” and I hear faint, eerie laughter.

It all started after I used a Ouija board a couple of days before. The board warned me I was in danger, but since my dad started spending more time at home, the spirits have been less active. Still, the feeling of being watched and the strange occurrences haven’t completely stopped.

One night, I decided to confront whatever was in the garage. Armed with a flashlight and the ritual my dad taught me, I stepped into the dark, cold space. As I began the ritual, the temperature dropped, and I could see my breath. The faint laughter started again, growing louder and more menacing. I felt a presence behind me, but when I turned around, there was nothing there.

Suddenly, the garage door slammed shut, and the lights flickered. I could hear the chanting again, this time clearer and more intense. I shouted the words of the ritual, but the laughter only grew louder. Just when I thought I couldn’t take it anymore, my dad burst into the garage, and the presence vanished. The lights stopped flickering, and the temperature returned to normal.

Since that night, the activity has lessened, but I still feel uneasy. My dad continues to protect our home, but I can’t shake the feeling that something is still watching, waiting for the right moment to return.
