Wrong Turn

Year A 1h 24m

A wrong turn on a desolate mountain road sets the stage for a nightmare when Chris and his friends collide with another vehicle in the remote woods. With no cell service and rescue impossible, they must navigate a maze of gnarled trees and abandoned structures, unaware that they are trespassing on the hunting ground of a cannibalistic family. As the group’s desperate trek for civilization becomes a harrowing game of cat and mouse, tensions mount and trust frays, leading to a brutal struggle for survival against a relentless, inbred terror that will stop at nothing to keep them from leaving the forest alive.

User Reviews

SlasherSam7/10

“I've seen my share of backwoods horror, and Wrong Turn delivers the gore and tension I crave. The kills are brutally creative and the forest setting is genuinely creepy. It's not perfect, but it's a solid ride for horror fans.”

NostalgiaNightmare6/10

“As a fan of 2000s horror, this one brings back memories. The pacing drags a bit in the middle, but the final act ramps up the dread. The villains are terrifying in their deformity, and the survival aspect keeps you on edge.”

GoreGoddess5/10

“I wanted to like it more, but the plot is predictable and the characters make dumb decisions. That said, the practical effects are amazing and the chase scenes had me holding my breath. It's an okay time-waster for gore enthusiasts.”

MountainManiac8/10

“This movie freaked me out more than I expected. The isolation, the woods, and the sheer hopelessness really got under my skin. The cast is likable enough, but the real stars are the hillbilly cannibals. Definitely underrated in my book.”
