In 1590, the Diet of Augsburg declared gypsies to be spawn of Satan, stripping them of all rights and permitting Christians to kill them without penalty. The church, heeding this decree, forms a secret order of religious assassins to hunt down the ‘demonic’ outcasts. But when these priests encounter the gypsies’ leader, they uncover a dark truth: the gypsies have forged a pact with an ancient evil, making them more dangerous than any monster the church has ever faced. Wolfsbayne is a chilling descent into religious fanaticism and supernatural dread, where faith becomes a weapon and the hunters become the hunted.

User Reviews

MidnightTerror7/10

“A hidden gem! The atmosphere is thick with dread, and the medieval setting is unsettlingly realistic. The premise is fascinating, but the execution felt a bit rushed at the end. Still, it gave me nightmares for a week.”

GoreWhisperer6/10

“Solid horror flick with some genuinely creepy moments. The priests as assassins were a nice twist, but the gypsy leader's transformation felt a bit cliché. Worth a watch for horror junkies.”

SilentHillFanatic8/10

“I loved the historical angle and the slow-burn tension. The scene in the foggy forest is pure nightmare fuel. But I wish they'd explained the gypsies' origins more. Still, a must-see for fans of folk horror.”

DarkCinemaAddict5/10

“It had potential, but the pacing was off for me. The middle dragged, and the ending felt rushed. The concept is great, but it could have been executed better. Not the worst horror movie I've seen, but not the best.”
