Deep in the shadow-draped woods, a college professor and his students seek an ancient Indian burial mound, their academic quest soon twisted into a nightmare. When three of the group reveal themselves as grave looters, they bind the rest and plunder the sacred site, unleashing a malevolent force sealed within a cursed crown. As the forest itself seems to turn against them, the treasure hunters become prey, trapped in a relentless game of survival against an unseen, ancient evil that hungers for their souls.
