Beverly, a woman desperate to alter her appearance, travels to Seoul for a routine plastic surgery procedure. But this is no ordinary clinic: her surgeon, a charismatic yet deranged visionary, implants a sinister computer chip in her brain, turning her into a lethal weapon. As Beverly begins to lose control of her own thoughts and actions, she realizes she’s not just a patient, but a puppet in a nightmarish experiment. A sleek, chilling descent into body horror, sleek and unsettling.

User Reviews
CyberScream – 9/10
“This movie had me on edge the entire time. The premise is so creepy – the idea of a chip turning you into a killer is terrifyingly plausible. The atmosphere is tense and the acting is solid. Definitely one of the best horror films of 2018.”
Gorehound – 7/10
“I liked the body horror elements and the practical effects were pretty gnarly. The middle section dragged a bit for me, but the final act was a wild ride. Worth a watch if you're into surgical horror.”
MidnightViewer – 8/10
“Under the Knife is a sleek, stylish horror that feels like a modern take on classic body snatcher ideas. The tension is palpable, and the Korean setting adds a fresh vibe. The best part is watching Beverly's gradual transformation – genuinely unsettling.”
HorrorNerd – 8/10
“I appreciated the slow burn approach. The movie doesn't rely on cheap jumpscares but on psychological dread. The surgeon is a fantastic antagonist – calm, intelligent, and utterly insane. A solid addition to the genre.”
