Beneath the strobe-lit haze of an underground rave, a new synthetic drug promises ecstasy but unleashes something far more primal. As the pulsing beats drive the crowd into a frenzy, a group of alluring partygoers begins to transform, their eyes glazing over with a hunger that has nothing to do with pleasure. What starts as a night of hedonistic escape spirals into a nightmare of blood-soaked chaos, where every seductive smile hides a lethal intent. With no way to tell friend from fiend, survival becomes a twisted game of paranoia and terror. In this neon-drenched fever dream, the ultimate high comes with a deadly price, and no one is safe from the thirst that now consumes the dance floor.
