Inspired by horrifying true events, this chilling drama follows Tore, a vulnerable young man seeking purpose within an underground Christian punk community. When he is taken in by a seemingly welcoming family, their initial warmth slowly curdles into psychological torment and physical abuse. As Tore’s unwavering faith is tested to its breaking point, the film plunges viewers into an uncomfortable, nerve-shredding exploration of devotion and the dark capacity for cruelty that lurks behind closed doors. With its unflinching realism and gut-wrenching performances, Nothing Bad Can Happen is a disturbing descent that lingers long after the credits roll.

User Reviews
ScaryFan88 – 7/10
“This one really got under my skin. The atmosphere is so tense and uncomfortable, and the lead actor's performance is hauntingly believable. It's not your typical horror, but it's deeply disturbing in a way that stuck with me.”
HorrorHound – 5/10
“I appreciate what they were trying to do, but for me it dragged a bit in the middle. The psychological abuse is well done, but I wanted more payoff. Still, it's a hard-hitting watch with some genuinely uncomfortable scenes.”
MidnightViewer – 8/10
“A brutal and unflinching look at faith and manipulation. The slow burn really worked for me – it made the final act all the more shocking. Not for the faint of heart, but if you want disturbing realism, this delivers.”
GoreGoddess – 6/10
“The acting is stellar, especially from the lead. But the pacing felt uneven, and I found some of the 'tests' a bit repetitive. Overall, it's an unsettling film that makes you think, though it might not satisfy those looking for a traditional scare.”
