In 1940s London, a wave of bizarre ‘pajama suicides’ grips the city, each victim seemingly taking their own life in their sleep. But Sherlock Holmes suspects a more sinister hand at work, and his investigation uncovers a cunning female adversary whose intellect rivals Moriarty and whose methods are as insidious as a spider’s web. As Holmes and Watson delve deeper, they find themselves ensnared in a deadly game of cat and mouse with a villainess who is as charming as she is lethal.

SherlockianFan – 8/10
“Classic Holmes with a creepy twist. The villainess is brilliantly portrayed, and the atmosphere is wonderfully tense. It's not the scariest but it's a solid mystery that keeps you guessing.”
GoreHound – 6/10
“I love old horror, but this one felt more like a detective story than a horror. Some good chills, but I was hoping for more spiders and less deduction. Still, the female villain is a standout.”
MidnightMovieBuff – 7/10
“A hidden gem from the 40s! Rathbone is perfect as Holmes, and the psychological tension is superb. It's a slow burn, but the payoff is worth it for fans of classic horror mysteries.”
ScaryFan88 – 7/10
“The concept of 'pajama suicides' is genuinely eerie, and the film does a great job of building dread. It's not jump-scare heavy, but the uneasy feeling lingers. definitely recommend to fellow horror fans.”
