SwampThing76 – 7/10
“A slow-burn gem that really gets under your skin. The Florida swamp setting is perfect and the eerie family vibe is genuinely creepy. Not perfect, but worth a watch for horror fans who appreciate atmosphere over jump scares.”
GorelessGretchen – 5/10
“I admire the attempt at folk horror, but it drags in the middle and the scares are too sparse. The final act picks up, yet I was expecting more from the premise. Still, the unsettling tone and decent acting kept me from turning it off.”
CelluloidDemon – 6/10
“There's something genuinely eerie about this movie that lingers. The pacing is a bit off, but the sense of isolation and the strange family are memorable. If you're in the mood for a quiet, brooding horror, give it a shot.”
VHS_Vixen – 4/10
“Honestly, I was bored for most of it. The plot is thin and the scary moments are too few. The acting is okay, but the story doesn't go anywhere. Maybe if you're a fan of the director, but this didn't do it for me.”
