In the isolated Bavarian hinterland, where the forest whispers and mist clings to the earth, the Bichler family’s remote farmhouse becomes a stage for unfathomable horror. One morning, the silence is broken by the discovery of their slaughtered bodies, each victim posed in a grotesque tableau that speaks of a methodical, inescapable dread. As the tight-knit village reels from the shock, a web of buried secrets, grudges, and forbidden desires begins to unravel, pulling a young journalist into a chasm of paranoia that threatens to consume all who dare to unearth the truth. Every creak of the old farmhouse, every flicker of a candle, echoes with the question: who among them could commit such an atrocity, and what darkness was sown in the shadows of that seemingly peaceful alpine community?
