When a group of college friends throw the ultimate end-of-semester party at a secluded house, they get far more than they bargained for. Unbeknownst to them, a deranged squatter with a twisted obsession for wrestling has made the property his home. As the night descends into chaos, this machete-wielding maniac turns the party into a blood-soaked battleground, body-slamming and hunting down the unsuspecting guests one by one. With granny away and nowhere to run, the students must fight for their lives against a relentless, unhinged force that will stop at nothing to make this the most terrifying night of their existence.
