Decades after being subjected to nightmarish experiments in a now-abandoned medical school, two deranged killers return to the scene of their torment. Seeking twisted revenge on a new generation of med students, they unleash a horrific game of sadistic sexual violence, turning the once-hallowed halls into a blood-soaked playground of terror. As the drugs cloud their minds, the students must fight to survive a nightmare that blurs the line between pleasure and pain, where every knock at the door could be their last.
