When a genetic experiment goes horribly wrong, a blood-thirsty creature escapes into the plumbing of a rundown apartment building, turning every faucet and toilet into a potential death trap. Forced to face their deepest fears, a no-nonsense plumber and his germaphobic son must navigate the dark, claustrophobic maze of pipes to stop the relentless predator.
