When Jamie and Darren’s strained relationship reaches a breaking point, they reluctantly open their home to Simon, a Hurricane Katrina refugee carrying only a weathered Bible and a burning resentment for their modern comforts. As the storm outside intensifies, so does Simon’s unsettling fixation on their every move, turning their fragile attempt at cooperation into a nerve-shredding battle for control. The air grows thick with unspoken menace as Jamie and Darren realize their guest’s growing madness may be the real disaster they can’t escape. Every glance, every whispered prayer, every creak in the old house draws them closer to a breaking point where survival means more than just weathering the storm.
