In the neon-lit underbelly of the city, a down-on-his-luck freelance writer stumbles upon a macabre tableau: a killer mid-ritual. Instead of fleeing, he’s drawn into a chilling pact, becoming an accomplice and chronicler of the killer’s twisted art. As their symbiotic obsession deepens, a tormented detective, haunted by his own demons, closes in, blurring the lines between observer and participant, sanity and madness. Every page they write bleeds, and every secret they share tightens the noose in this gripping descent into the darkest corners of the human psyche.
