In the eerie quiet of an ordinary Tuesday, a chilling broadcast shatters the calm: a deadly ‘death race’ is unleashed upon the nation. Viewers are mesmerized, unaware that every participant’s family is held hostage, their fates sealed with each gruesome elimination. As competitors fall in bizarre and brutal ways, the survivors cling to a cryptic guidebook, its pages hinting at a sinister design. Noboru Iguchi crafts a relentless descent into madness where the line between spectator and victim blurs, and the only rule is survival at any cost. A visceral, unnerving thriller that preys on our darkest voyeuristic impulses, leaving you gasping for air until the final, shocking frame.
