A promising young African American medical student’s life is brutally cut short when a corrupt cop guns him down in cold blood. But death is not the end—through an ancient ritual, his vengeful spirit is bound to a mystical action figure, Ooga Booga. Armed with a tribal spear and an unyielding thirst for retribution, he stalks the seedy streets and decaying trailer parks of a town steeped in corruption. With his grieving girlfriend by his side, he hunts the men who stole his future, turning a tale of tragedy into a bloody, supernatural reckoning. As the line between justice and vengeance blurs, every dark corner hides a new terror, and no one is safe from the wrath of Ooga Booga.
