At a remote summer camp, the counselors gather around the fire to tell the terrifying legend of Madman Marz, a farmer who brutally murdered his family and now haunts the woods. As the night deepens, their campfire tale becomes terrifyingly real when one of them calls his name into the darkness, awakening the monstrous killer. Twisted trees and creeping shadows hide a relentless predator, and one by one, the campers find themselves hunted by a force that knows no mercy. This 1981 slasher classic oozes with rustic dread and a chilling atmosphere that will make you think twice before sleeping under the stars.
