Waking up on a deserted island with no memory of how she got there, Mathilde finds herself among a group of equally confused strangers. With no food, no warm clothes, and no apparent way off the island, their initial panic turns to dread as they discover they are not alone. Something is hunting them, and as the body count rises, they realize this is not a random accident but a twisted game. The chilling Norwegian thriller ‘Jaget’ (2017) masterfully builds an atmosphere of paranoia and survival horror, keeping viewers on edge until the very end.

User Reviews
ScaryFan88 – 8/10
“I loved the slow burn and the eerie island setting. The feeling of helplessness really got to me, and the mystery kept me guessing. Definitely a hidden gem for suspense lovers!”
GoreHound – 6/10
“The setup was promising, but I wished it had more scares and a bit more gore. Still, the acting was solid and the eerie atmosphere made up for it somewhat. Worth a watch if you're into psychological horror.”
MidnightWatcher – 7/10
“For me, the strength was in the character dynamics and the escalating tension. It felt like a modern take on 'Lord of the Flies' with a horror twist. The ending was a bit abrupt, but overall I enjoyed the ride.”
ScreamQueen99 – 8/10
“I was on the edge of my seat the whole time! The sense of dread was palpable, and the way the story unfolded kept me hooked. The director did a great job building suspense without relying on jump scares.”
