Plunge into a fever dream of eternal damnation in Dustin Rosemark’s ‘Inferno,’ a hauntingly beautiful reimagining of Dante’s epic descent. Rendered in gritty, hand-processed black-and-white, this silent feature strips away all distraction, leaving only the primal dread of a soul lost in the underworld. Guided by a malevolent, droning soundtrack from Transponder, every shadow and twisted landscape pulses with unease. It’s a hypnotic, disorienting experience that eschews dialogue for pure atmosphere, making you feel the chill of each breath and the weight of every step toward the abyss.
