Five college women accept a terrifying dare: to spend the night in a decaying Kentucky hospital, abandoned since the white plague claimed 63,000 lives. But the building’s grim history is only the beginning. Beneath the rotting floors lies a forgotten maze—the Death Tunnel—where the dead were secretly hauled away. As the hours crawl by, the women realize they are not alone; something ancient and hungry stirs in the darkness, and the tunnel’s secrets are far more horrifying than any ghost story. To survive, they must uncover the truth before the hospital claims them as its newest patients.
