In the unsettling chasm between sleep and waking, Susan Hamilton’s nightmares bleed into a fractured reality where she is no longer herself. Each night, she becomes a stranger trapped in an alternate existence, while her deepest fears take on a terrifying, tangible form. As the line between dream and waking life dissolves, a shadowy predator—known only as the Night Stalker—begins to hunt her through the corridors of her own mind. With every glimpse of his grinning visage, Susan realizes that her terror is not confined to sleep, and that the nightmare she’s running from may already be inside her.
