A group of thrill-seeking teens, led by a witty but reckless young man, ventures into the dark woods on a quest for a legendary buried treasure. Ignoring the chilling premonitions of his telepathic sister, the crew soon finds themselves hopelessly lost as the forest closes in around them. As the daylight fades, they realize they are not alone, and a malevolent, cannibalistic hunter begins to stalk them through the undergrowth. The hunt is on, and every shadow hides a new terror, forcing the friends to fight for their lives against a nightmare that knows no mercy.
