In this chilling psychological thriller, a sick man named Ed finds himself at the mercy of his devoted wife Evelin. But when she discovers his secret affair with Susan, her tender care morphs into something far more sinister. As Evelin’s suspicion grows, she uncovers a horrifying truth: Ed’s illness may not only threaten her own safety but also endanger everyone around them. What follows is a tense, claustrophobic descent into paranoia and dread, where love turns to obsession and the line between caregiver and captor blurs. Absorption is a haunting exploration of betrayal, sickness, and the terrifying lengths one woman will go to protect what she believes is hers.
